Who can participate?

Participation is intended exclusively for legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence. Paid-entry leagues are unavailable to anyone who resides in OR is physically located in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Vermont. Eligibility must be satisfied when entering and participating. Void where prohibited by law. Other locations remain subject to legal approval and verification before launch.

The restriction applies to residence and physical location separately. For example, a Maryland resident visiting Virginia would remain ineligible, and a Virginia resident visiting Maryland could not enter while there. Everyone can still browse this preview.

Location checks & fair participation

Using a VPN, proxy, false residence information, or another method to bypass eligibility restrictions is prohibited. Suspected circumvention may result in immediate suspension while reviewed; confirmed violations may result in disqualification or account termination under the final rules. Any withheld award, refund, or other treatment of funds must follow applicable law and the published contest rules. There is no automatic forfeiture of all account funds.

Participation will require verified age, residence, and physical location. If eligibility cannot be verified, entry will remain unavailable. A confirmation checkbox alone is not verification.

Your agreement, before you enter.

Final terms will appear at registration and again before checkout, with separate, unchecked confirmations. A paid entry will also require acceptance of that league’s official rules, disclosed fees, and refund terms. The current previews do not collect acceptance or create a contract.

Where we are today.

Virginia is the planned state of formation. CreateLeague has not formed an LLC, secured a registered office, or decided its actual operating location. The operator’s legal identity and contact details will be published before registration opens.

Excluding these eight states does not establish that paid leagues are lawful in every other state. Legal review, approved payment and prize arrangements, and reliable verification must be completed before launch. The list may become more restrictive before entries open.
