This notice describes the Coming Soon preview of CreateLeague. The site is for browsing only: new drafts, uploads, profiles, follows, comments, votes, and payments are disabled. Previously saved private drafts remain protected and are not exposed by the public preview. A complete public privacy policy identifying the operator and privacy contact must be published before public registration or paid contests begin.

What the studio stores

The studio stores the stable account identifier supplied through ChatGPT sign-in, selected brief, title, artist statement, process description, human-creation confirmation, timestamps, and any attached file. The application does not save a payment card, bank details, tax identification number, street address, or date of birth. Do not put sensitive personal information in drafts.

Why it is stored

These records let you access private drafts across sessions. The application does not automatically publish drafts, train its own AI model on them, or submit them to an art contest. Your account identifier controls access to draft records and downloads.

Artist profiles and shared work

Creating a community profile requires an adult confirmation and saves your chosen artist name, bio, main discipline, and account association. Your sign-in email and account identifier are not exposed in community pages. Community records from development are not displayed during the Coming Soon preview. Once participation opens, opted-in profiles and shared work are intended to be public. Do not include information you wish to keep private.

Sharing requires a separate permission for each piece. We display its title, artist statement, chosen credit, and current attachment. Private creative-process notes are excluded. Viewers can download shared attachments, and we cannot recall copies they save. Sharing does not enter a contest or earn voting rights. Artists retain copyright and grant display permission while the piece is shared.

Follows, comments, and recognition

We store follow relationships to build your Following feed and display follower counts. Comments display your artist name, comment text, and posting date. Authors can delete their comments; artists can moderate comments on their work. Comments are limited to 1,000 characters, three per minute, fifty per day, and one hundred per artwork in this development edition.

When eligible contests launch, ballot records will associate an account with one choice per league, with an update timestamp. Individual ballots and live totals are not displayed publicly. Verified Artists’ Choice results can appear on profiles, in the showcase, and in a rotating homepage feature. Winners and runners-up in cash contests require separately verified results and agreed display permissions.

Hosting and service providers

The development site uses Sites hosting, ChatGPT sign-in, and Cloudflare database and file-storage services. Providers process data under their own applicable terms and policies. Infrastructure providers and authorized operators may have administrative access; this is not end-to-end encrypted storage. Google Fonts is requested for typography and may receive ordinary connection metadata such as IP address and browser information.

Retention and deletion

Drafts remain until deleted or the development service is retired. Unshare a piece through Your artist profile & shared work to remove its community page and comments while keeping the private draft. Unfollow artists to remove those relationships. You can remove your community profile, shared work, follows, and comments in the profile editor. Records linked to an actual contest require an operator retention review. Those self-service changes are paused while the site is in Coming Soon mode. When participation reopens, Delete in your studio removes a draft and its attachment from active storage; a shared work must be unshared first. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods; immediate deletion from every backup is not promised. Download your file and export draft text to retain a copy. The preview does not provide a long-term archival guarantee.

Cookies and analytics

The application does not add advertising trackers or an analytics SDK. Authentication and hosting providers may use necessary cookies and logs. No marketing email list or automated outreach is enabled.

Adult use and future changes

The intended audience is U.S. adults who have reached their state’s age of majority. The signup and checkout previews contain confirmation boxes that are not submitted or saved. They do not create an acceptance record or verify eligibility. The server can use hosting-supplied country and state information derived from a connection’s IP address to screen participation; the application does not persist those fields or add IP-address logging. Missing or uncertain location information cannot permit entry. Verified age, residence, and protection against location circumvention are not yet connected. All participation remains closed. The eligibility policy describes the planned restrictions. Public launch requires final privacy terms, operator contact details, retention decisions, and procedures for access and deletion requests.
